Eligibility:

• Arabic Speaker

• A minimum of two year’s experience in media.

• Bachelor’s degree in media or marketing preferred.

• A people person with great soft skills.

• Growth-mindset team player, independent and organized worker, stickler for deadlines.

• Remain calm and think on their feet - Resolution-oriented,

• Have the ability to communicate effectively with authority,

• Be able to work independently (self-motivated) and well in teams,

• Be extremely organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of projects through various departments (Performance, Social, Web, Design),

• Assign tasks to the correct department and ensure departments complete projects on time,

• Know current project status at all times, and flag and calmly resolve issues that need client or agency attention,

• Build out schedules and create deadlines for each task and team and follow up to ensure timely delivery,

• Identify, acquire, organize and archive resources/assets from the client and departments,

• Manage a working budget,

• Establish and maintain credible, professional relationships with clients, internal departments, and external vendors,

• Check all creative assets and sign off, including websites, banner ads etc., before they go live to ensure they fit agreed strategy, design and copy guidelines,

• Lead project analysis after completion and identify areas of improvement with solutions,

• Stay up to date on ad regulations, trends, and technology.
